Privacy. Per questo diritto non vi sto a dire quante paia di All Star Cami abbia nell'armadio ma per farvi un paragone, immaginate la scarpiera di Carrie Bradshaw... Ecco, non ci siete ancora lontanamente vicini. L'altro giorno ha anche espresso apprezzamenti per un paio appena uscito e questo non ha fatto che aumentare la mia preoccupazione.

Privacy. This is the reason why I'm not telling you how many pair of All Star Cami has in her closet but just to make it clear, think about Carrie Brashaw shoe cabinet... There we go, you are not even close. Last week she said how she loved a new pair... I'm really concerned.


Tutto questo per dirvi quanto sia strano che io e non lei faccia un post con questo titolo. Io che sono sempre stata fan sfegatata delle Superga... Ma che vi devo dire. Credo la mia amica bionda abbia fatto un rito voodoo e a partire da quest'estate non sono riuscita a indossare altre sneakers.

All of this just to say how weird is that it's me, not her, doing such a post on our blog. I mean, I always was a convinced Superga's fan... I think my blonde friend did a voodoo or something and starting from the last summer I couldn't help but wear this sneakers.


Invece la gonna è stato un regalo della mamma, insieme ad altre tre o quattro, tutte vintage. Un bel giorno le ha tirate fuori da un armadio. Un paio di lotte su come sistemare quelle ormai fuori moda e voilà, il gioco è fatto, a meno che la mia rivale non si sia alzata di notte per spostare gli spilli e allungarle... Lo vedremo quando la sarta le finirà :)

Switching to the skirt it was a mom's present. It's vintage and she gave it to me with other 3 or 4 skirts. A couple of fights about how to fix them and there we go... Unless my competitor woke up during the night to make them longer... We'll see :)

Ho anche potuto finalmente sfoderare il mio giubbetto di pelle anche se a quanto dice il meteo sembra tornerà nell'armadio per un po'... A proposito di giubbetti di pelle, ho girato con Cami per il centro disperata, ne vorrei uno nero, effetto used...

I finally wore my leather jacket even if, according to the weather, I should probably put it back for a while... Btw, I wandered around the shops with Cami, looking for a black one, used effect...

... Semplice e rock. Ma quello di Zara appena uscito non mi convince. AAA: avete suggerimenti? Aiutate una povera donzella in difficoltà!

Ci arroveliamo spesso su quanto la vita sia complicata senza mai veramente capire che è questo arrovellarsi che la rende così. A volte basterebbe un sorriso in più a una sconosciuta anziana signora, un gesto gentile per renderla semplicemente perfetta.

Oggi, dopo un temibile esame di business finance la mia coinquilina Julie mi ha detto: "You're too hard with yourself". E ho deciso che aveva ragione. Così mi sono vestita esattamente come mi sentivo, aggiungendo un paio di cosette che volevo proprio farvi vedere :)

Today, after an hard exam of business finance, my flatmate Julie told me: "You are too hard with yourself". I decided she was right. So I dressed like I felt, adding a couple of things that I wanted you to see.

Prima cosa i miei occhiali da sole, vi piacciono? Li ho presi da Topman per 2 pounds nei saldi. Dovete sapere che vado pazza per questo negozio, ci ho anche comprato un paio di pantaloni che mi fanno impazzire...

You have to know that I'm going crazy for this shop, I bought a pair of pants as well.

Allora, è andata così. Arrivata a Glasgow mi giravo ogni qual volta vedevo passare un ragazzo. No, aspettate, non sono una stalker. è solo che avevano tutti questi pantaloni, con cui vi assicuro è stato amore a prima vista. Poi i pantaloni sono preferibili agli uomini perchè se li compri sono della tua taglia e non li mette nessun altro! In ogni caso alla fine me li sono presi :)

It's just that they all had these pants, it was love at first sight. I prefer pants to men: if you buy them they're just your size and no one else can wear them! I had to have them :)

Altra cosa da mostrarvi era la mia collana con il simbolo della pace, Urban Outfitters. E finalmente... La nuova cover per il mio iPhone! So che è trash, ma mi ha detto Ale... "Se devi essere trash devi esserlo seriamente!"

Something else that I wanted to show you was my necklace, Urban Outfitters. And finally... The new cover for my iPhone! I know that is trash, but as Ale told me: "if u wanna be trash you have to be serious about that!"

Essendomi resa conto che manca davvero poco alla fine del mio erasmus e che non ho visto la metà delle cose che avrei voluto ho scelto la Necropoli come location. Al tramonto (ebbene sì, alle tre del pomeriggio) è semplicemente fantastica. Vorrei apprezzaste l'atleticità delle mie gesta, non sapete i numeri per salire su questo mausoleo!

I haven't so much time 'til the end of my erasmus and I didn't see half places I wanted to. That's why I chose the necropolis as location. It was the sunset (yes, at 3 pm), and it was amazing. You should appreciate my athleticism and my climber skills 'cause it's not going to happen again!

Vivo sul filo dell'illegalità. Chissà se mi avessero beccato! Comunque, Ale mi ha preso sulle spalle e mi ha issata.... Siamo dei veri duri.

I live on the edge of lawlessness. What if someone catched me? Anyway Ale took me on his shoulder and I did it. We are rough.

Ora vado a mangiare. Sarà una dura serata, sono a dieta e i miei coinquilini si sfonderanno di pizza.

I've to eat now. It's going to be a difficult night, I'm on a diet and my flatmates will eat loads of pizza.

Aggiunta testo qualche ora dopo: "Ehm. Hanno comprato una pizza anche per me, così l'ho mangiata!". Sì. vivo decisamente sul filo dell'illegalità e spero che la mamma non veda questo post!

Several hours later: "hem. They bought pizza for me as well, so I ate it!". Yes. I live on the edge of the lawlessness and I hope my mom won't read this post!
